This site was started by copying an existing Lumnar Swift project, so it still carries the previous project. Let the AI clean and adapt it first — then this installer just wires up the finished result.
Lumnar Swift is AI-first. Before running this installer, use your AI assistant with the
new-project-prep skill to:
- 1Choose which modules to keep, archive the restOld modules move to ls.modules/archive/ — nothing is deleted.
- 2Purge the previous project's config and identityNames, emails, tracking ids and version info are reset for your new project.
- 3Retire the old design layerdesigns/active is set aside so a fresh design can be built.
- 4Hand off to this installer with everything readyYou'll be told exactly what to enter on each step.
Haven't run the AI prep yet? Stop and do that first — otherwise you risk re-installing the previous project's settings (this installer prefills from any leftover .env).
