Domenii Neighborhood
One of the most elegant places in Bucharest, the Domenii Neighborhood has always been considered an area of the elites. It was built for the upper class of society, with immediate access to the important areas of Bucharest. It has a maximum level of protection, with the city hall investing in the safety of the area, due to the monument and tourist attraction, the Arch of Triumph. The Domenii area is located near the 1 Mai station, a station close to the Aurel Vlaicu Airport in Baneasa and Henri Coanda Airport. The name of the area is linked to the development of Bucharest between 1920 and 1940. At that time, parcels and plots of land were sold to employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Domains. This is where the name Domenii comes from. In 1935, Bucharest City Hall donated the land on Marasti Boulevard, near the Arch of Triumph. This was done in response to the residents' need to have a place of worship. The Ministry of Agriculture and Domains, as well as other institutions and the residents, contributed funds to the construction of Casin Church. The Domenii Neighborhood stands out for its charming villas, abundant greenery, easy access to public transport, and a well-developed commercial area. There is also a multitude of options for spending free time. It is an architecturally protected area. Divaro Company recommends real estate investments in the Domenii Neighborhood!
